To create a letterhead you have to be in
Word. First you have to plan ahead, and know to who your going to be sending it to. When creating your letterhead the contents it must have are the complete legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and also a web address. The first thing your going to be doing will be creating a quick style, in the home tab click the Style gallery and then select
No Spacing style. Also in the Style Gallery your going to select a color scheme thats is appropriate for your letterhead. To start your going to insert your full
legal name, then you select your name and a mini toolbar will appear you'll then have to make the font size 20, then click the Font Color button and select a color. Then you will hit the enter button on your keyboard, now you will have two paragraph markers. Now you will click the Insert tab then it will display many things to choose from but your going to select the Clip Art button. There you can type in what ever picture you would like to put in the letterhead. After you select your picture in the ribbon a tab going to pop out called Picture Tools. This will let you resize the picture, recolor and many more thing. Before you insert your information you first have to go back to Home tab and in the paragraph thing you will click the tab button and enter a 6.5 to the right then press ok. Now you can start typing your information starting with the street address and then the town, state and zip code, then you insert an astroid and your phone number and again another astroid and your E-mail. So now that your almost done you go to the home tab and click on the
U to underline it all. So thats how you do a letterhead very simple.
